I love this grass. Easy to grow, reseeds nicely, never invasive. Early grass to produce seeds and seed heads look great which means it browns earlier also, but still looks good. It is a modest grass in the shade, but some of it has ventured into the sunny parts of the back yard here in Nashville, TN where it is over a foot taller and much more lush. This has become one of my favorite grasses...
