We guarantee our plants to be healthy and accurately labeled at the time they leave the nursery. Due to conditions beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the survival of plants after they leave our nursery. However, we take great care to package your plants so they arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Upon arrival at your home, carefully unpack your order and place plants in a cool, shady area. Water the plants if they are dry. If plants appear to have been damaged during shipment notify the carrier immediately to file a claim with the carrier (a few damaged branches or crushed leaves are no cause for alarm).
If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. We ship only healthy, viable plants: once they arrive at your home, they become your plants and your responsiblity. Please site them carefully and give them the requirements they need.
